Bidrage med feedbackPosto No.19 is tucked away on Boundary Street in Darlinghurst and is an up and comer in the Sydney brunch scene. With a wide window outside for any takeaway orders and a large interior with lots of seating space, it caters for a quick coffee and sweet treat and also a lazy Sunday brunch. Given that it’s winter, Isha was really grateful that they had blankets inside to help feel even cosier. The decor inside Posto No.19 is really funky and has a fancy warehouse feel to it with incredible lighting! The interior is filled with lots of artwork, one we liked in particular that was done recently that showcased coffee.
When these pancakes arrived at our table, we had a moment of silence. It looked stunning! The pancakes were fluffy on the inside with a nice firm texture on the outside even when the whipped cream and blueberry compote had been sitting there for a while! I assumed the pancake will be soggy. The sauce wasn't overly sweet and we enjoyed each mouthful without that sweet, sickening feel. Matt licked his plate clean!
A charming venue with duel level dining and outdoor seating. Perfect for picking up a coffee on the way to work or a stop in visit for breakky or lunch. Lovely welcoming staff, and a very chilled environment.<br/ <br/ I can ascertain that most dishes on the menu will be delicious with fresh, quality ingredients and a magnificent chef behind the scenes! I loved the Figs Ricotta on toast, and the beautiful Spiced Smashed Avo! The in house smoked kipper was also amazing and different, bringing back a classic in a refined setting. The coffee is delicious here and I love the space, it's so peaceful. This really is Simplicity at it's best.
Posto is one of the best places in Darlinghurst and a hidden gem. Highly recommend anyone to check it out the food is always on point, there is space for prams and large groups. Service has always been warm and friendly which makes it a favourite. Mushrooms on toast are beyond !
Great Cafe with a modern and trendy vibe. Love the ambience and cool/neutral colours throughout.<br/ You also get a homey and comfy feeling when you enter the venue, which is nice.<br/ As a start, their coffee is amazing (from delucca coffee).<br/ Strong and aromatic, just the way I like it.<br/ During this particular visit I had their Beef Burger with Chips and pan fried Prawn Pappardelle. Both dishes are very good but my favourite is the Prawn Pappardelle. It was amazing! I love the chilli garlic lemon in it and that crispy pangritata, so good! Highly recommend.<br/ They also have homemade sweet treats like muffins etc. Wish I could’ve tried but I was so full already. Maybe next time.<br/ <br/
