Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I?m giving a 4 star because they are still working with new team members. I did an online order and waited 30-45min for my food. They had up to 10 team members at counter and another 6 in the kitchen. Only urgency I saw was coming from the manager. My order was 100% correct when I got it, so that was a huge plus considering. Will try again later and hopefully the service of getting food speeds up.

Last time I went they shorted me on french fries.???? I called, and the lady said they would make it right. Here is the proof. (Pic) Very professional, and handled like a boss. Just know when coming here you're going to wait in line. I would not fault Freddy's for that. If a place is good, it's going to bring customers. Freddy's tastes way better than that other Sh???? down the street. Call me the Terminator baby! Cuz I'll be BoCk! ????????

Love the burgers but can not stand a dirty eating establishment. Floors were filthy with food, over half of the tables were dirty and the ones that had been wiped down looked like it was done with a dirty towel. Was not busy at 2:30pm, only 2 other customers were dining in. One female employee had hair down to her waist with no hair net, disgusting! Broken table in the middle of the restaurant. This is a fairly new building that was spotless first few times my wife and I visited it. Not sure what happened but will not return to this restaurant.

Went to grab a quick supper because the drive thru was empty. 20 minutes later and after having to request my change twice, my soda twice, receiving a soupy sundae that had no whipped cream I left. Only to discover that the beef hotdog was like a beef jerky stick and nothing like the picture on the menu. I have attached the pictures of that and the non-bun bun. Won't be going back.

I went to this place at 7pm. The tables in the dining room were all dirty and so was the floor. I said something to one of the employees. He said I know. He was more concerned about a customer cleaning his table off. I ordered the double cheeseburger and fries. None of the food was fresh. Take it from me, go spend your money somewhere else
