Carrabba's Italian Grill Dallas

Appetizer was great except for the calamari that was dry and crisp. Reason we came here was memories of the calamari in Houston. Our food was salty to an extreme. Hate giving bad reviews but this was a big disappointment.

Amazing food 5* and the bartender was another 5* amazing! He was very personable friendly, talked some about his old days teaching band. I would highly recommend eating here and sitting in the bar area just so you get the amazing great service like I did.

For the third time in a couple of months, I left your restaurant hungry because you'll seat me, but won't serve me in a reasonable time. I'll be seated then ignored for 10 minutes, at which time I will leave. I love your food, but if you won't serve me, what's the point of coming in? If you are under-staffed and can't accommodate single diners, let me know that at the hostess stand. Don't seat me, then ignore me, while a party of 3 that was seated 5 minutes after me is immediately served.

This is my first time coming here and I already have plans on coming back. Not only is the food flavorful and creamy, I also had the sweetest waitress which made my experience 10x better. I noticed the serving sizes on the pasta dishes are more than I was expecting so it’s definitely filling :

I've been going to Carrabba's for many years ever since I grew up in Houston at the original location on Kirby Drive, which is still operated by Johnny Carrabba himself! HOWEVER, this review may be biased! I work here as the bartender! Come see me sometime! If my managers see this review, yall are honestly very wonderful!
