I have been eating barbecue for 50 years. I worked at a barbecue restaurant when I was in high school. Back Country has great barbecue. They have great smoked meats including a hlf chicken which is semi-healthy. They still have Texas toast. Great sauceand stellar team working the line.

This place was less than exciting. The food was mediocre bbq. The sides seem to be scratch made. The place was clean and everyone was friendly. But the over all good taste and quality was lacking.
