Let 's get into it.Honestly, to me, just your typical Chick fil a experience. Location is always packed per usual. I always order VIA their app. If you don 't have the app, get it ASAP.I will say the traffic pattern at this location is problematic. It spills out into the regular shopping center traffic. Also the fact that it 's at an entrance to the shopping center the line often causes back up on the service road as well.Besides the traffic issues, it 's just the normal Chick-fil-A experience. However, I noticed that when I come here, they never say my pleasure, which is weird.
I'm usually not a fan of Chick-fil-A however we had a great experience at this one. My kids were hungry and tired so I just wanted to grab something fast. All of the fast food places in that shopping center had long long lines some of them two lines with the exception of Taco Bell which we don't eat. I decided to go with Chick-fil-A even though we don't generally like the food at least I know they're used to having long lines and probably have a better system and experience dealing with hoards of customers. We parked and went inside and we got our food within 5 or 6 minutes of ordering it and sitting down. The food tasted good and the lemonade was just what we needed. I saw several people while we were there going around checking on tables sweeping up any little speck of something on the floor. Leaving saw somebody going to check the bathrooms during our brief time there. This facility is the gold standard for cleanliness when it comes to fast food. And most surprising of all is as we were getting ready to leave a woman came over and asked me if I would like a refill on my lemonades. I don't think I have ever had anything close to that type of experience in a fast food restaurant it was almost like table service. Truly they do a very very good job at this location and if wherever in the area I might actually stop by again!!
I put in a CURBSIDE order the other day. Waited 20 minutes for them to come out with my meal. The app even asked me if i had received my order yet. They never brought it out. My husband went inside to see what was taking so long. They didnt know where they had placed our food until ANOTHER customer that was also doing curbside pointed at a bag of food on the pick up counter. He was also going inside to see what the deal was with his food. Apparently they made a mistake and placed it in the inside pick up area. The manager was so snarky and tried to hand the old food to my husband. My husband had to ask for fresh food. I submitted feedback via the app and received a call today. Very disappointed with the lack of empathy. Whoever called said that the reason why they had put it in the Pick up area was bc i had chosen that in the app. Which i did not. App would not have asked me for what parking i was in if that was the case. Also tried to give an excuse that the manager tried to hand us old food because they knew they would have to throw it away. That is not our problem. It would have been different if they said to take the old food and wait for fresh food that way they didn't waste it. But that wasn't the case. So all i received from that call was backhanded apology. Never been so disappointed with a Chick fil a before. Lack of professionalism. No accountability from the hire ups.
