Cashmere Cricket - Cuyahoga Falls

We were shocked by the rudeness of the hostess. we set ourselves to the waiting list at 20 o'clock and wait was 1 hour. So we went to another bar and went back to check after an hour since we were next on the waiting list. but when we came in, we were told that we weren't staying in that way, even if it was super cold outside. we wanted to wait in our car. when we told the host that we were next door, our car was parked far away and that 3 people just left the facility in front of us, they refused to check if a table appeared. Instead, she asked us again rudely to wait in our car or go into another bar! when we felt embarrassing, we went to leo on the road and waited for a text cricket by kaschmir to tell us that our table is ready. Instead, at 10:30 clock, 2.5 hours after waiting, we were informed that we were removed from the waiting list! no explanation why! just wait from the waiting list after 2.5 hours waiting! this is insulting and no matter how good the drinks or eating is, that is no way to treat their customers! we are not coming back. they prefer a place where customers are appreciated.

Really enjoyed my time. the bartender and his boyfriend were great entertaining and funny. really had a great drink and night. the bartender also grew quite the mustache.

We waited for over 1.50 hours for a table for 4. They could have easily put two two tops together but didn’t. We were told we needed to wait outside (it was 30 degrees) instead of inside with others waiting for a table. I was appalled by the rudeness of everyone we encountered that works there. We ended up going up the street to Leo’s. The cocktails and food were wonderful. The server told us our experience at Cashmere is very common. I was so disappointed with Cashmere Cricket and recommend people go elsewhere.

I have come here a couple times because I do love the food and drinks. But my friends and I attended last night and our waitress was not friendly at all she seemed mad and not pleased when we had questions. It was very disappointing because I was bringing a friend there from out of town, luckily, she did enjoy the food and drinks. I had a pleasant experience the first time my friends went here and that’s why we came back, this time not so much. When I was ready for the bill, she seemed very annoyed that we wanted to split everything up and it was a big inconvenience and there was would a solid attitude vibe my friends and I all felt uncomfortable. Not sure if we will go back but I would stillRecommend to people if want great drink and a possibility of not so great service.

Fantastic hidden gem, great drinks. Decent food, service. Definitely make this a regular spot! A little small so call ahead to reserve a seat!Not the most personable, but they are typically very busy, so it's understandable!
