Firehouse Subs - Crossville

Came in 15mins before closing and got excellent service.

Tried for the first time today. Not very impressed. Been seeing advertisements for a chicken Parmesan sandwich which looks very good on TV so I ordered one today. The meatballs were ice cold as if they were taken out of the refrigerator and put on the bread the only thing that was warm was the cheese. It was melted on top. The service was pleasant but I go to a sandwich shop for the food more than the service

First time visit and was greeted upon entering, very pleased with service and food. Food was ready in minutes. The steak and cheese hit the spot while we were passing through the area during the snow and cold a few days ago. Would return. Overall a nice meal and visit.

I asked them to put mail on both sides of the bread because myself and my wife have trouble swallowing so whoever was in charge of the Mayo put the whole damn gallon jug on get into the sandwich and the meat and everything flew out the other side of the bread and I'm not kidding literally a half an inch thick I don't know who was back there trying to pull a joke on us but we are up in our ears like very far close to 80 years old those kind of jokes aren't very nice she is how we can't afford on Social Security to go out and eat only on check day this was not funny we got it home and that's all we could do for the day but boy how I would like to return it and laid it out on their counter and showed what was done to us it will be a long time before we go there again we used to go there every check day but not anymore
