Sam Summer Beer is great but they scan your drivers license here. How anti Boston, anti Liberty is that? I have never had a private establishment scan my public id before. So, I suggest go up on the hill where Sam Adams statue is looking maybe he knows better. There is a beer garden, no license scanning and they have a Suffragate Belgian Wit that is just as good as Sam Summer and a better view, see photo.

Beer tasting with variety of flavors to choose from. Great vibes here with lots of opening seating area.Good spot to enjoy a beer during hot summer day.

Great place to stop by to grab a brew. Lots on tap, especially the brick red. There's plenty of seating, and the terrace has a great breeze, but it can become a bit chilly in the off-season. Would recommend this spot 100% and it's fairly easy to get to via train. Parking is a little tough though.

Touristy stop but staff knows that don’t tear down the tourists. Rooftop is great! You get a great view of Quincy Market or a nice spot at the bar. I sat at the bar and spoke with one of the bar tenders for a good while. Learned lots about Boston from him. I had a porch rocker for beer and pretzels for $21. Cheese was great, mustard dip was a bit too tangy for my taste. Self serve water is available by the pick up area, you do have to pick up your own food.

Spent a great afternoon with friends (and my cousin, from Boston) lol. Wide selection of beers on tap. Flights available for a reasonable amount if you can not make up your mind and settle for one.Finished up with warm cookies for desert.Good value for your time and money if in the Boston area.Be sure to check out the attached shop for souvenirs and merchandise to commemorate your visit with your cousin, from Boston.
