Insomnia Cookies - Crossing

Our order came all messed up. Missing cookies and random swaps we didn apos;t request they were borderline burnt/crispy. Very disappointed.

I ordered deluxe cookie with 2 scoops of ice cream x2. The cookies we got were hard and small for deluxe also got 1 scoop of ice cream on both orders, not the 2 scoops per order like I paid for. This isnt the first time they messed up the order. Some where I will not order from anymore. They charge more than the best bakerys in boston, yet are inconsistent and not worth the
