Exellent fried fish fried to order very very big one fish though I bought 2 was enough in the end for both of us quality food beautiful melt in the mouth batter and fresh fish I'm a native of Whitby I've fished on trawlers I can tell fresh fish this was!!!!. People who travel to hyped up fish and chip places no matter where they are should not bother, esp when this fishop is on doorstep **** good and lovely genuine people serving.

Just had our first visit and takeaway. We had the “mini” haddock and that’s a laugh. It didn’t even fit on our plates! It was freshly cooked, delicious and accompanied by a huge portion of lovely chips. Thank you for your welcome and your lovely food.
