Burger Rebellion - Crest Hill

Rude service! Made me wait over an hour after I was told it would be only 45 minute wait. We had a party of six! They had a hard time accommodating us because the business only has high top tables for parties of 4. After we were seated we were rudely told it would be another 45 minute wait to get food. Not how are you doing tonight can I take your drink order! Nothing! Needless to say I had hungry upset children who looked forward to being there. We walked out the hostess claimed she had no idea that the kitchen was so behind! I said you do because half your tables are empty and you aren’t seating any body. Just poor management. Valentines weekend or not! I will never go back

We so wanted to like this place; however, it just failed for numerous reasons. 1) LOSE THE CHEESE SAUCE . 2)When we visited, there were only 2 waitresses, so not only did it take a longer than usual wait for the food, but when it came out it was not hot (maybe warm). 3) The McGuyver was just this side of inedible. 4) The L7 Weenie is a good concept, but the cheese sauce that was glopped on in in such a prodigious amount ruined it (think cheddar, guys). If you are looking for milkshake, they looked cool, but, take a pass on this place for burgers and sandwiches. Also, WAY overpriced for the product.

The food was really good. The main reason to come is the milkshakes. Staff was really nice. There is a patio to sit at and a bar. Would definitely go back for the food.

Great food. I had the Macguyver burger. Great service. I’ll try a milkshake next time.

I got the burger with Italian beef. It was really good. The burger wasn't salted much but that's easily fixed. It came with the loaded fries, they were good but not crispy which I understand is hard to achieve. The price on menu was different from price charged. $18 for burger+fries.
