Ashley greeted us cordially and we had a rather complicated order that we are super picky with sandwiches... Nevertheless, she was very nice and cared for the production of our sandwiches. Even the way she wounded everything separately for us went the extra mile. Seriously, their service made this the best underground experience EVER.
I think I've ordered sandwiches in the subway for 25 years. Yeah, the sandwiches can get boring and they all seem to taste the same. But with some creativity on my part I'm not too boring with the result. The positives for me are the good food treatment and plumbing practices, fast and generally friendly service, consistent quality, calorie content and above all a reasonable price for a sandwich.
I always go to the south end subway for the drive thru, don't have to get out of my car. The only problem is that there is usually only one person working, which seems rediculas because they usually have several people waiting in line. But I love subway.
Second time here in 2 months and both times the customer service has been unsatisfactory. Management should pay attention to their boots on the ground. The sandwiches are good but you have Subway Corporate to thank for that. Tip of the Day: Local Crescent City Subway employees it is great you have a job...please don't let your customers endure your pain if you don't like your job. Thank you
We have been to some pretty sketchy fast food places, but this one takes the cake!! Extremely rude server. Threw the restroom key across the counter, then proceeded to tell her co-worker in an extremely snotty tone, that she should never sell a kids meal to and adult. REALLY?
