Buffalo Wild Wings - Council Bluffs

We were told we had to wait 20 minutes, but look and see that the building is only half full, no worry. they sit down and put an order. After about an hour, they came with my wife and my children eating cold and saying they would check my food. 15 minutes to go buy and I finally get my wing wings whispered, but not my fries. time wasted and money was wasted eating was cold and not good will not come 80 mice I could have saved.

I took my grandchildren to eat, they wanted chicken-getting. it took a long time before someone showed up and brought us to our seats, no problem, as it was a Saturday and a playday. we have placed our order and arrived. they first brought a grandchild, then later a grandchild. when my pizza was delivered, my grandchildren were ready and we had not yet received our appetizers. I tried her new pizza and was disappointed, the Bbq sauce was exaggerated for me. when they were asked, they brought the appetizer, wobble rings. they were unhappy taste and I felt a little understated. Overall, I was not satisfied with the time when the food came out, we could not have our meal together. also the whole taste of the food was pleasant. our server and other staff were friendly, but at the end this location is not chosen again.

The menu has changed. several articles have been removed, including basic tariffs such as chicken and chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately, we had already ordered drinks before we discovered that. we paid for our drinks and went. the waiting staff was friendly, but the menu changes mean that we will not be back.

Have not this situation in about 3 years. today went to lunch. tries to order an appetizer of the two rings for about 8 dollars. I could not order this, as the tweeper rings are now served only with the “sampler” that is 15.00, I wanted only the tweeper rings. It was said that this is exclusive for this bwww. I guess I won't be back. I don't like to feel upset, buy more, spend more for eating I don't want.

I haven 't been to BWW in over a year. To this location probably two years. Was so excited to have lunch today. Attempted to order a basket of onion rings as an appetizer only to be told THIS location is only selling their onion rings in the sampler . Which is double the price of a basket of onion rings. I asked and this is the managers of THIS store 's decision to handle their shortage to onion rings . Ridiculous to ask a customer to pay double just to get what you want. What is happening to customer service. So disappointed in the managemaent of this location
