Gar's Lounge - Cottrellville Twp

Went here on a recommendation for the burgers. Extremely disappointed. Portion was large, but the burger itself had a poor flavor. Bacon was very rubbery. Cheese was odd tasting and didn't melt very well. Bun was very thin and fell apart when opened. Fries were undercooked. Grilled cheese was inedible, undercooked and had an odd cheese mixture. Chili was just okay. Service was great, though.

Very good experience! I was surprised at the food. Popcorn was free! The burger was cooked just right. I don't know if I shall return to the Holland area. However, if I do, I will stop by again!

Presently, surprise! The burgers were good. Fries were good! A well kept secret!

The food and drinks were definitely worth the price. The half pound burger was good but would have been better if they cooked the meat to desired temp. Mine was well done. Still a good place to chow
