Mcdonald's - Cottonwood

Long wait to order, many ppl behind the counter, slow and unorganized. I saw commands prepared, number called, then command sat on the counter for 20 minutes, some not picked up by ANY customers. employees not worried that after waiting so long customers abandoned their order. the same scenario with my eating, although I waited from the theke for it. 4 minutes! to get someone's attention to ask for catsup. finally sat down to eat French pommes and burger stone cold! no evidence for a manager in the load. workers in bad need training and motivation. dreadful eating! I threw the half of the hamburger and 3 4 of the fries away. terrible! softdrinks tasted as if the mix was wrong. the cat was the best part of my meal. when I left the load, the same commands were sitting on the table! No one cares.

Like any other I had my fair share of bad experiences in mcdonalds about the years. but not these. in the last months I've been new in the opposite, since a few dozen times at mcdonald. the personal is always very friendly, the place is clean and they get the order right! management makes something here definitiw! definitely recommend!

The worst in the city. conincompetent manager. quality food vacuum cleaners no respect for customer prices are high for what they receive service is slow there are better places in the city for the same type of food. I see many BAD reviews here, probably it's time to boycott this place. give them no money

Very disorganized. I ordered a big Mac meal and a 6 nugget. Instead, I get a quarter with cheese, cold fries and I was calculated for a happy meal. the terrible service and the team of mcds seemed unhappy. so sad. my man loves mcdonald’s and great macs today not very unhappy with the service the order and the attempt of eating.

Extremely disappointed! I ordered a big Mac meal with 6 nuggets and a Frappe. Instead I got a quarter pounder with cheese COLD. fries and was charged for a kids meal?I didn't bother checking my bag before I left which was my fault. I was on vacation enjoying Cottonwood and took this order back to my love and he was so upset with this ordeal, it ruined our entire night. I have had such a bad experience at this location ! My entire family of 8 loves McDonald's and this was a shock to know we spend ALOT of.money here to have this experience. So sad ?
