It's definitely a vibe. It's pretty much subway but make it pizza and the staff is pretty good looking too

We have seen this place a bunch but never ate here, so yesterday we decided to while we were in the area. In hindsight, I wish that we hadn 't. We went in and ordered a kid 's pizza meal with olives, and my husband and I shared a Margherita pizza. Here is where the problems started...the staff seemed disorganized and, frankly, clueless. It felt like nobody knew what they were doing. The guy at the register who took our order had gloves on at the ordering screen then turned around and started preparing dough for the pizzas without changing his gloves. We waited absurdly long for our order. Other similar places seem more organized and the wait isn 't quite as bad, and the staff tends to be more "in place ' '. I paid and we waited...and waited. And waited. We received our pizzas, but not the kids drink or side. I didn 't even realize it after such a long wait, we just wanted to eat. The pizza was OK. Daughter enjoyed hers, and ours was fine. They put diced onions on the Margherita. Everything was fine then we went home, just very disappointed in the service. I 'll cut to the thick of it; my daughter ended up with food poisoning, which has been terrible to deal with. Poor thing. I 'm leaning towards probably the olives since she is the only one who got sick and we didn 't have olives on our pizza but she did on hers. So basically given the trauma of that and the poor service at a place that does what other places also do, we will not be back. I hate leaving harsh reviews but I have never had a

Staff customer service was great! Was pretty busy when we came and they kept their composure and still were very friendly helpful! Food could have been better. Dough lacked flavor and texture. Toppings were a little bland. Awesome they had non-dairy options for my dairy allergy kid though!

I ordered a salad and received a bowl that was 1/3 of the way filled. I asked the employee if it was supposed to be this empty and all I got was a yes . Also, the menu shows the salad as 11.49 but rings up as 12.49. I brought it to the employees attention and she just said she would mention it to the manager. I will not be throwing away my money here again.

Whatever you do, don't order the $13 caprese salad To Go. I basically got a handful of soggy oiled spring mix lettuce instead of arugula, shredded mozz cheese instead of fresh, and a few tomatoes. The pizzas are bomb, but steer clear of the salads! I want my money back. I could have made this for $3. Oh wait! I was about to post with pics before I decided to dig through it with a fork to see if basil was even in it....and I just found a HALF a piece of fresh mozz broken in half in the bottom. I don't think the girls had any idea what they were doing. Ugh, drooling at my husband and son with their yummy pizzas and I got this **** poor salad. Attaching a pic of what it's SUPPOSED to look like. I hope the manager reviews this and teaches their staff on what a caprese salad is.
