Cooma Ex-Services Club

I had a pleasant and affordable dinner at this restaurant. The dining room was peaceful, which was great for enjoying my meal.

Ate at the bistro when staying overnight in Cooma. My husband and I always order Crumbed Cutlets mash and veg with gravy and their offering was in the superior category. Tender lamb chops, smooth creamy mash and a good range of fresh cooked vegetables.

This restaurant is a fantastic place to spend your hard-earned money! I also enjoyed the stories that the bartender told me and my friends. He claimed to be a former underground fighting champion who would dip his hands in hot tar and broken glass before his fights! If true, that's pretty incredible. The surf and turf dish could use more prawns, though.

Unfortunately we were here on raffle night. While the meals were excellent and a good price, the was a lot of noise. The drinking area is not segragated off from the eating area so the guys who had too much to drink were almost in your ear. Still would eat here again as the second night we sat further away from the drinking area and it was a little better.

Went to the club twice this week and have ordered 2 different salads and both times had no dressing and had to ask as well as the kids meal being cold.
