Sonic Drive-in - Cookeville

This review is for my daughter and granddaughter. They went to this sonic this evening , 3/5/24. They used two different speakers because my granddaughters order was complimented so she did hers separate from her moms. Both of the waitresses that brought them their orders was extremely rude and very impatient with them when they paid . Probably won’t be going back any time soon. If you work with the public you should be kind . You receive what you give .

Was very satisfied with the service and the food this evening. Just wish they would bring back the hot fudge cake.

Found two long black hairs cooked into my burger absolutely disgusting?

Got a burger for my girlfriend and I've never seen hairs in food like this. It is literally like it is baked into the ground beef or something. This is ignorant and disgusting. Who in their right mind allows this to happen? Then when I call to complain the girl on the phone clearly acts like she's heard this before. Apparently they don't care about the cook lacing your food with multiple thick dark hairs. Then she tried to act like I should have told the manager. I told her no. That's something you should take up with your manager right now. I should have asked for the manager on the phone but what would that have done? They clearly do not care.

I always use the app an order ahead, but it’s always quick an the carhop’s are so sweet never had a bad experience at the one on Jackson.
