Domino's Pizza - Consett

0 for customer service. Order placed and a simple query made which could have been easily rectified and the response was a direct No!! No help at all and considering the price I paid along with the competition in Consett then I would have expected much more from a brand/chain. Will not use again.

Fantastic service! Placed order, was with us in less than 20 mins. Turns out the Nachos were missing, called the shop and spoke to Kieran Verlander received an immediate apology and within 10 mins of the call, Thomas Ledwidge our delivery driver was back again with them. And they were really hot too! Can’t say better than that! Cheers Lads!

Great service. Online order did not go through, but personal really helpful and service was fast. impressed with the quality of the food. wish that the garlic bread came in real sizes!
