Auntie Anne's - Concord

Normally I have a pretty good experience here. The pretzels are always nice and fluffy. Today I got a pretzel that was chewy and kind of stale tasting. When I went back to talk to the cashier about the pretzel and there was a girl making them and she had A bad attitude, really sarcastic and rude. That is my last time visiting the store I will spend my money somewhere else. The problem was resolved and I was taken care of so that is the only positive about this experience

I asked for garlic pretzel nuggets and the worker literally just poured tons of garlic powder mix in the cup and shook it up once then poured a bunch more and shook it up again and then handed it to my bf. When my bf brought it back to me in the car I was disgusted. It was like eating a bottle of straight garlic powder. GROSS! The workers did not know what they were doing at all.

Awful. The evening staff on 07/30 couldn?t have cared less about their jobs or quality of food. I wouldn?t give their pretzels away. Not sure when Auntie Anne?s decided to downsize their pretzels to bite size. Complete clown show ?.

There wasn't a person in sight and it took 25 minutes of me sitting on the floor next to the stand waiting for my bucket of cinnamon pretzels. People on their phone taking their time while I am trying to get home after shopping. Drinks were completely flat, and watered down. Sounds like a shortcut the owner took. Pretzels were either burnt, or huge, and I ordered the nuggets not a quarter pretzel. Also asked for a sprite and they gave me a Dr pepper instead. Very disappointed

The person at the switch was arrogant. To complete it, she gave a proper order. Don't come back.
