Not sure what's up with the late night staff but the guys had big attitudes. The one guy put kept touching his face, beard, scratching his arm all around the food. Then he put gloves on just to play on his cell phone. Then he made my bf's burger and grabbed the bun and fries with the same hand. Today, I thought that I order at the Columbia location; however, when I arrived, it was brought to my attention that I order food at the wrong location. Two African American staff members, Jaliel and Rachel were beyond extremely nice, helpful, and supportive. They helped to rectify the situation. Both of them demonstrate superb customer service. Just tried PLNT Burger and I LOVED it! I got the BBQ Bacon Burger wrapped in Swiss Chard, and it did not disappoint! Immediately upon biting into this vegan deliciousness, I was taken aback by the Smokey rich flavor. It?s hard to believe it?s not meat, but it isn?t, and that?s the best part! Ok! I love to try new places/foods! This was a hit. Being new,, I asked what came on the sandwiches and they have cards to show you each condiment. Very helpful.
