Westwold General Store and Cafe

Freshest donuts since Krispy Kreme in the USA. Order and wait for your treat. I like that. Pretty neat store, too.

My family, including our young child, dined at this restaurant. One of the female servers who served us donuts was very unpleasant. She was grumpy, gave us terrible looks, and even yelled at my child who was innocently playing with salt shakers. Her behavior was rude and made us feel unwelcome. I have no intentions of returning to this establishment in the future.

First of all, I have to mention that the Westwold store serves high-calorie treats, so if that's a concern for you, I apologize in advance. However, this place is a must-visit if you're in the area. We especially love their deep-fried donuts, which are almost irresistible. It's also a great spot for lunch and doubles as a general store. It's kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible as well.

I made a quick stop to grab a sandwich on my way to Kamloops. I ordered the Clubhouse sandwich and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and the store also had a unique collection of antique items. Definitely recommend a visit.

My husband and I live in the area and have visited the store/cafe many times, They have very fresh food and would recommend anytime.
