The Ute Yeti - Colorado Springs

This place is fabulous! First, the atmosphere is so funny. Rock City Climbing Studio is inside. The decor is unique. Secondly, food is so incredibly fresh! I loved the peanut Buddha shell. The dressing is so good. Many vegetarian and vegan choices to choose. Thirdly, there are a lot of beer choices, including cider and Seltzer.

Fantastic installation of CO craft brews, both design and can. And not 'CO I can drive down the street and get ' but CO breweries that are not easily accessible. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Eating is good. We really enjoy the Ute Yeti!

Even if you are not in the City Rock Climbing Gym, you need to stop and check this place! You have a lot of really good craft beers on tap and cans beers as well, with phenomenal service from Ryan and Mya. Also make sure to check their delicious menu prepared by Chef Eugene. This place has become a Tuesday night for my friend Molly and I.

Wow! What delicious food, great drinks list, comfortable atmosphere and stellar service. I can't thank Brandy and Maya for feeling away from home. I hope to come back soon!

Check out the Ute if you are in Downtown Colorado Springs. The staff works incredible hard to keep all the customers happy. Such a cool and unique look and feel. The cooks in the back keep the menu delicious and healthy! Wonderful selection of Beers. A must stop for locals and even people just visiting. P.S. Make sure to say hi to “Matt”, the Greatest Bartender/Server in the state.
