Bidrage med feedbackPlaced my order of popcorn chicken at 11:55. nothing else. about 20 minutes to get my food. no excuse for waiting, it seems that all sonics in the city are so bad. I should just get something you can eat at the kum n go next to this sonic.
I will continue driving past several other sonic locations just to get this one. the main reason is that it takes me less time to drive there from anywhere in the city than wait to sit until my mobile order is produced at any other place in the city. every single of my mobile orders was ready to the time I chose when I placed my order on the app, everything was fresh when it came to me. all the staff were friendly, friendly and professional. I never had to press the red button again get my order to demand that those should already be included (napkins, spoon, straw, dip sauce, etc.) it is very obvious that they actually take their time to make sure they get everything right. for the first time. I have been working in customer service for 15 years, so I am very well understood when it comes to certain errors that are made, or some human attitudes/personalities, but I can honestly say that I was not impressed in the least with another sonic location. decent customer service seems to be a thing of the past, so do I applaud THiS location for raising the cash an example of what GREAT customer service actually brings?
Waited for 10 minutes at a stall for no answer, came through the journey through a single tent and waited for over 30 minutes. absolute bulle. I understand whether the things are busy or fresh food is being produced. but 30 minutes for a single sprout (because it was forgotten) is beyond me. I had to go to the food station and ask why I didn't get MY food. I can't recommend this place. make the trip somewhere else, it will be worth the time at the end.
Good eating and an extremely dysfunctional staff. yesterday I ordered a meal for my team of buyers and came to the place 25 minutes to discover mozzarella sticks and grilled cheese instead of burger and pommes. no biggie, just mix. spoke to the manager and she advised that they would do it right. they bring my reception. came back and laid an identical order with one not tomaten and the other flat. I have my order and saw no fries and all hit on everything. one of the drinks was also wrong, but at this point I have not to mention, I was already in enough spuck in my eating? 38 minutes and the order was made right. the personal is nice, but the critical thinking seems to be low at a time?
Very slow, and it seemed like everyone including us received the wrong orders all at the same time. Then they tried to blame us for typing the wrong thing on the app! We showed him that our order was selected correctly on the app, and *only then* did they give us new food… He could have checked the receipt in their system but instead he blamed us first… so we left with half of our order still wrong (incorrect drinks). Our worst Sonic experience by far!This isn’t a one-time thing. Every time we’ve gone to this location, something is wrong.They never offered a refund either, just said they would get it right next time…
