Jose Muldoon's - Colorado Springs

Had lunch there today, everything was great! The host was prompt and sat us at a great booth up front… Server was on top of everything from keeping drinks full to accomodating our crazy order! Had the Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas with green chile and they were delicious. And we shared a cheescake to top it off, the strawberry sauce was yummy! The blonde manager stopped by our table and the ones around us, seemed like everyone really enjoyed and cared about their jobs!! Thanks Joses staff!

A unique experience in the interior of colorado springs. a visit for a break from the outside landscape.

Had a delicious tamale, chile relleno, and the wobbles and cheese enchilada. queso dip was also wonderful. too early for margarita unfortunately! a certain point.

Eating was not very tasty and the margaritas were very weak and too sweet.

Had a nice dinner with my wife at Jose's downtown location. We hadn't been there in years. Enjoyed the food and had great service.
