First Watch - Colorado Springs

Delicious food. Cute ambiance. Soft music, but loud enough to drown out nearby table. When entering, the Host, Alex, cleared a booth for us upon request, and as we waited another server came up to see if we'd been helped. When Alex returned he smiled again and told us he didn't sit us at a different booth that was clean because he wanted to be fair to the servers and I loved hearing that! He seemed very aware of goings-on in the restaurant.Our server (can't remember her name) offered us coffees and waters and took our order as soon as we were ready. The food was hot and delicious and the potatoes were perfectly cooked and seasoned. My dietary restrictions (dairy free) we're met easily and our birthday coupon (2 for 1) worked without an issue. I absolutely suggest this breakfast place.

Great staff, attentive and efficient. Food was excellent and exactly how it's presented on the menu. I always go for the elevated egg sandwich and morning meditation drink.

My mom and I had the best experience with amazing service! We loved the food! My mom tried the pumpkin pancake. I ate so much of it after finishing my omelette and potatoes! Best potatoes iv had in a long time!

Delicious food, top notch. I thought it would be expensive but it's really not too bad honestly. 10/10.

Cool little cafe. The staff was friendly and attentive.I had the Trifecta pancake, eggs and sausage. The pancake was fluffy and yummy. The eggs and turkey sausage were also good. I also had a Morning Meditation with an immunity boost from the juice bar. It was so delicious. I also had the opportunity to taste the kale cucumber juice which was also very delicious.
