Arby's #6676 - Colorado Springs

A beautiful place. We've been through the drive. they took the job exactly and quickly. it wasn't awfully busy to be in the lunchtime. they were remarkably fast to get our order to us and we were pretty happy with all the experience. food: 5/5

Always good, the drive thru is fast and accurate. mac and cheese is the best in the city. the staff were super friendly and patient.

The staff was not very friendly, and there was a lot of noise from the grill area, the tables were sticky like the floors. outside the load there were water from an unknown source that smells terrible. Waiting was bad too.

After I wait for about 20 minutes on the journey through, my order was wrong. When I came back to the hotel, I found the fries burned to a crack, got no sauce packages, and the brot on the sand switches was a strange mix of soggy and stale at the same time. we arent from the area and our local arbys was asked years ago for food treatment and customer service problems closed. I was hoping that the story was different.

Asked for 3 packets of Arbys sauce per sandwich and got 3 packets for 2 roast beef sandwiches. What's the big deal with giving out the sauce? I'm not happy. This happens almost everytime. Maybe have to go somewhere else or bring my own sauce?
