Kim's Family Korean - Colombo

Eating Korean food in Colombo in the traditional Korean style was a delightful experience. Kim's Family Korean Restaurant had a peaceful ambiance and the cooking of thinly sliced pork belly was an enjoyable activity. The dish paired well with the beef fried rice that we had ordered and the side dishes that came with it. Overall, it was a pleasant dinner in a lovely setting.

Worst service I have got from any Korean restaurant. Tastes horrible. Owners do not care about patrons. What's shown on the menu is not what we get. Shortrib dish had not a single rib (bone). Bulugogi beef tasted something else. For a perso who knowes Korean food and cooks Korean food this was the worst.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant; the food, customer service, and prices were all exceptional. The atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful, and they definitely have air conditioning (not sure what the other review was about but they do have AC). My personal favorite dishes are the kimchi jjigae, beef bulgogi, and spicy pork stir fry. There are many other delicious options on the menu that I have tried, and I can confidently say that everything is fantastic. It's a great place to dine with friends and family, where you can show off your grilling skills or enjoy mixing soju and beer. The staff provides excellent service and is very welcoming to customers. With all of this in mind, Kim's has become like a second home to me that I keep coming back to.

The service here is excellent and I highly recommend this Korean restaurant for anyone looking to try it. The Korean pork dish was absolutely fantastic - I can't stop thinking about how delicious it was!

The ambiance good. The service excellent . The days special was excellent. The price similar to others. The restaurant has no air conditioning or a fan. You come out in a bath of sweat. That's what you remember of this restaurant.
