Starbucks - colnia

Easy to find. Average customer service. I got an iced coffee in a reusable container. I selected Starbucks because there were no vending machines nearby. I was lucky to be first in line. The rush crowd came in and the line was very long behind me.

I rarely give a one star reviews. I usually go back a few times to give the place a chance. Maybe someone is having a bad day. Someone called in sick and short staff. This place is been consistently horrible. The workers are rude and don’t help you out with other options. I “DO NOT” recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else.

The store looked nice and clean. I would really recommend, considering it’s one of the few Starbucks on base! the coffee was good and the barista, Nathan, was amazing! the best barista i have ever had. He was fast and knew what he was doing. Also he as very nice and had a very cute hat on with a hair net! very good!

I am not a Starbucks person but I try to know what I want before I get to the cashier.. the lady staci is very rude.. she has bn rude to me in two occasions.. everyone else seem to be nice even the manager.. but that lady.. smh

The customer service not the best. They don't use gloves or wash their hands, and they always touch the top of the cups where people mouths go.
