The Sandwich Shop Diner - Collinsville

The food and service were both very good. It is located in downtown Collinsville on main street. I enjoyed being able to sit by a window, and watch the traffic outside.

Food was delicious, so adorable and clean, our server did a great job on keeping our drinks filled and took away dishes when need.

It was the best breakfast I have had in a long time. Good job to Shane and his staff. We will be back.
