McDonald's - Collinsville

I went there today. Placed my order at 10:18. Was just a number 7 with a vinella iced coffee. Got to the window. They handed me food and said pull into spot number 1 for my iced coffee. So i did. I sat there for over 10 almost 15 minutes and nothing. While other cars waiting in spots received their orders. By this point I just want my money for iced coffee back. So I go inside. And wait. Multiple other employees asked what I needed I told them they go. Oh that must be your coffee that's been sitting forever. I go I just want my money for my coffee at this point. The one employee tells the manager. I hear him go. Well she can wait.This was after me standing there waiting for another 5 minutes or so.After I heard that I just left. I already made a corporate complaint. Which I'm sure will fall on def ears. So buyer beware. You want your items and money stolen. Have at it.Edit: the store manager just called me and made it right. She was PROFESIONAL and understanding.

Vegetarian options: I guess they have an option for a salad.Dietary restrictions: They clearly have the nutrition facts on the menu, whether inside or drive though.Kid-friendliness: They have an indoor playground.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible but by no means is it easy to maneuver a wheelchair through either entrance.

Service was good compared to nearby mcdonald's, but they gave me the most miserable food poisoning of my life !!!

This McDonald's is the only one that keeps their ice cream machine on until closing time. Even Sonic doesn't serve ice cream. The staff were fast and very friendly. Great job, keep it up!

I was the only person in line and was still asked to pull into a parking spot and wait for my food. I waited for 10 minutes only to receive undercooked food with an excessive amount of salt on my fries. The other McDonald's in Collinsville is much better than this poorly managed establishment. It was a disappointing experience.
