Mcdonald's - College Station

Order my son's Quater Pounder drive thru and wanted plain said it two times. They still got it wrong so had to go inside, checked it real quick couldn't see anything on it. Got home my son opens it up and it looks like they gave us the same burger we had return with everything back on it. Very disappointedFood: 1/5

Workers are very genuine and helpful, however the manager is literally useless and doesn’t seem to have costumer service skills. When asking why the deals on their app wasn’t working (having to show and explain 3 different times) I was told they have no control over it (which is totally fine- i was simply asking if they knew why deals weren’t popping up for their specific location) however, they made me hold up the drive-thru line for 5 more minutes to get the “manager” who literally didn’t help. Would have been easier just to tell me the first time that they’re sorry and they can ask corporate about it and just made me pay full price where as I held up the line for 5 full minutes and didn’t even receive an apology from the manager or give me my fries for a dollar off which is the deal i use every time i order. LOL. I would like to praise the workers for being so apologetic and nice!! The manager i can’t say the same unfortunately):-I would also like to add that i did not show my frustration or was rude to any workers. The reason for my review is to point out that the manager at this location doesn’t quite seem to know what’s going on, and would much rather delay peoples time by being chatty kathy rather than just giving a costumer a dollar off their fries order…

I've never been to McDonalds where they were so nice and friendly. You should say that you have a blessed day to thank you, sir. I was very impressed!

Ordered in the kiosk. I'm not sure why I need to grab a table card when they called my reception number instead. I was totally ignored when I picked up my food, normally I wouldn't mind, but I needed cups. After I unpacked my food, I noticed that I was cut a ranch, I was ignored again until I stopped someone. To finish my experience, my wife's burger was pink and boiled everywhere. At no point was I greeted or spoken as a paying customer. I won't be back, McDonalds definitely went downhill.

Was in the drive through the line and had tried to order something I literally ordered on the other day spicy chicken deluxe with Big Mac sauce and the girl that took the order tonight was like we did not. I was like I literally ordered it yesterday. I have my meal and not a big Mac. The reason to write this review due to the order was not correct and cashier/driver sounded by the orderer as she does not even want to work.
