Do Not Place a Reservation! We got to the restaurant only to be informed they do not use open table. Very displeased.

Do not make a reservation! We just had to be informed that they didn't use an open table. Very unpleasant.

As someone who works in customer service and HR, I am always curious about the level of service I receive when I visit a restaurant. Fortunately, my server Cody was excellent! Despite being new to the role, he delivered exceptional service and demonstrated initiative in tackling tasks he was unfamiliar with. I wanted to give a shoutout to Cody because people are often quick to write negative reviews but not as prompt in recognizing positive experiences. Thank you, Cody!
