Sonic Drive-in - Coffeyville

Ordered and paid for a double cheeseburger and after I got to work discovered I only got a single. Called and told them about the mistake. Gentleman (very friendly) on the phone took my address to send a card for a double cheeseburger. Not received it yet after 3 weeks. Not the end of the world but not the only time this sort of thing has happened to me at this location.

Ordered a bacon on bacon on wanted lettuce tomato and mayo on it told then guy several times came with onions and pickle. DID HE EVEN LISTEN TO BEGIN WITH.

I am sick of this sonic everytime I go they mess up no matter what it is the place isn't that cheap for them to keep messing up because we don't eat there really need to train these workers alot better especially the night crew the closer they get to getting off the more mistake they make c'mon people get with the program seriously

So I'm officially over this Sonic in Coffeyville. I ordered 2 large tater tots at over $3.00 each and they don't look large to me.

So expensive. If you ask that your shake is thick or extra whip, it is an additional 50 cents for everyone. Sometimes it is charged, sometimes it is not.
