Gaststatte Noss - Cochem

We liked the pancake and the location near the river. Unfortunately, the kitchen closes quite early, but that seems to be the case for many places in the area.

This is more a weinbar, but has restaurant options. the bar was full and on the small terras. we were ready to wait for a free table and waited for the pavement, next to the menu board. I only make a discreet sign...with my hand on a server (I think the boss) and asked him to keep us a table as soon as one becomes free. his answer was so disastrous and brutal. I feel like a pig dog. never again!

This restaurant operates a very simple and effective booking system 12 o'clock or 4 o'clock (I think it might have been 7.00 o'clock! I arrived, was welcome and showed a table on the terrace with my name on it. Easy! There was no time limit on my stay, and no roaming on and off the promenade looking for a table or queues. A good, varied menu. Not “fine dining room”, only “good-bourgeois cuisine”, something where the Germans are very good! Good local wines. Well done, Restaurant Noss you have it right! Elien

Food was very good for the price you pay. Staff very friendly. Although it was very busy, they smiled and were very helpful and fast.

Op een warme avond heerlijk buiten eten en mensen kijken. Goed eten voor een betaalbare prijs. Ook een duidelijke allergiekaart.Prima bediening en duidelijk advies
