Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Clovis

They always rob me and don’t give me my sauce I pay extra ??

The food is so delicious but when I order extra sauces they never add them in.?

I am not sure why this place gets so much love. I've been to Raising Cane's 3x, twice in Minneapolis, MN and once here in Clovis, and it's a strike out for me. The chicken is bland, the sauce isn't that special, and the fries are just meh. I am trying to figure out the hype, but it escapes me. The upside is that all 3x I went, the service was really good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food though? I think school room chicken trips and fries are more palatable.

Fire Kris. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. She barely communicated with me on my order and laughed after I told her my name like something is funny? She then asked what was in my order, then as I’m telling her closed the window. Handed me my drinks without saying a word. Then handed me my food and in the most condescending tone said have a good night. After she closed the window, I needed ketchup got the attention of someone else, asked for it then she proceeded to say it’s expired, sorry. Didn’t even enjoy our food because she ruined our night. She obviously doesn’t do well working in customer service and should find a different profession.

The food was fresh, the wait from ordering to pick up was about 6 minutes.
