So disappointed, long wait for WORST chips ever: hollow, greasy, overcooked. Burgers upset tummies never going back.

Very good crumbed fish , decent size very tender and lots of flavour, Very good battered fish once again a decent size , tender and tasted great Only negative wd be the potato scallops were cut extremely thinly and were very small $1 each Fish haki $10 each Will go back .. maybe won’t order potato scallops again tho

I ordered a fish burger and got chicken instead (very dry chicken btw). Oily chips, poor service and more than 30 mins waiting..not worth it.

I Feel Sick! I feel sick from the food. I feel sick from the service. I feel sick from the wait for my food. I feel sick because i wasted my hard earn money. The story goes, I was on a mission to find the best seafood in Sydney so I thought what does Trip advisor recommend?? ENTER out of the blue .... Firstly SHAME on the people who claim this place is worth visiting.... The produce is a MASSIVE average. The bread for the burgers are the same you can buy from Coles for $2 for 6, the seafood is that packaged stuff brought in by wholesalers made in a factory and not even made on site. The batter is donut thick and dripping in oil. The chips are overcooked and taste like paper and the service is RIDICULOUS! A dead set 40min wait and then guess what, they managed to forget half the order which went missing... I DIDNT EVEN BOTHER GOING BACK IN BECAUSE OF THE MASSIVE LINE AND WAIT FOR WHAT PROBABLY WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE BAD FOOD. In conclusion it is obvious why this place gets its high reviews and something to look for in the future... Its because most people that eat there are students, kids and backpackers who in all honesty have no friggin idea. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Go to Gus 's seafood in Riverwood for value for money seafood.

You can get fish and chips here and it's outlived many good competitors, the serving staff are always friendly and like to connect, dudes hang out on the pavement out front with their skateboards and spandex beach gear, there always seem to be a mixture of earthy beach goers and happy tourists hanging out there
