Bojangles Restaurants., #92 - Cleveland

Waited in drive thru line for 15-20 minutes this morning about 9:00. We were 4-5 cars back and no one was moving. This Bojangles always seems short on workers.

Very good biscuits and gravy! Love that they serve it all day.

Why can't y'all pass one inspection without bad health grade?

They were short on help I guess cause everyone was grumpy my gravy biscuit with 2 sides of egg was cold and the gravy wasn't done it had lumps of flour in it. I was so disappointed with the service and I would not have fed the food to my neighbors dog.Oh and I also had a large BoRound and they were cold and hard. It pains me to write this because I love to eat at Bojangles And I have been eating there for a lot of years but I think it's time to take a break.

I’ve tried to give this place multiple chances but the staff can be off-putting and the cherry on top…I’ve gotten the wrong orders 3 times. I’d rather go to the location further out than come back to this one.
