Taco Bell - Cleveland

I recently visited Taco Bell and unfortunately, I have to give it a 2-star review. While the food tasted okay, the experience was greatly marred by the haphazard way the food was thrown into the bag. It was messy and disorganized, with some items even spilling out of their containers.The lack of care in packaging the food made it difficult to eat and caused a lot of frustration. It also made the food seem less appetizing than it should have been. It's disappointing to see such a careless approach to customer service.Overall, while the taste of the food was decent, the messy presentation and lack of attention to detail made for a frustrating experience. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this particular Taco Bell location.

I left this review six months ago. I'm now editing this review. This place is awesome and employees are great. My order has always been on spot the food is warm I even doordash through this place. Best taco bell i've ever been to in my life. And I will continue to go to this place. Good job everyone there thank you.

Inside is NEVER open. Any time of the day any day of the week. You just cant go inside for no real reason. You order at a kiosk and there's 10 employees inside. What we can't see you and your friends inside ? Close the place is its NEVER open inside. Makes no sense.

Ordered a nacho supreme. Got this instead. It’s a taco shell with lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese? I mean, if you don’t have nachos that’s fine, but don’t take the order, charge me, and then give me this? Like I’m actually impressed at how offensive this was.

Today I came to this taco bell as an out of town guests. Upon pulling up to the drive through I was informed there was no beef. Picking up an order for half the family that wasn't in the car I was waiting to get a new order and wanted to add to my order. I was told I couldn't add at the window which I understand it hols up the line however there was nobody in line. Then all of a sudden they had beef in the 3 minutes it took to get one order.and order the next! Kids playing game and being short is the perfect way to lose business. Get it together!
