Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Clearwater

The young ladies and gentlemen at this location gave me exemplary service a few days ago! They were not only friendly but they went out of their way to help me with an issue I was facing. This is what customer service should look like in EVERY store. The smoothies are really great too and the store is very clean :

I’ve always loved tropical smoothie. The people who work here suck. Mainly this dude in the drive through. Don’t come around 6 PM on Fridays because he’ll give you your smoothie already melted (idk how bc they make it when you order but somehow he manages to do it) Doesn’t look at you, always looks pissed off and not ready to be there. Literally asked for extra sugar, couldn’t even do that. Even TIPPED and didn’t make a fuss while he forgot my side and I had to correct him to add to his already pissed off he was. Dude get fired.

Awful service typically. Unprofessional, the guy at the window hit on me (it was so awkward) and be prepared to wait in the drive thru for no reason.

We told them no granola and they put it in. Lucky I had someone with me that could eat the big clumps of it (I have no teeth)*Update*Someone reached out to me and offered to replace it. But unfortunately I do not live there.
