Famoso Italian Pizzeria Highstreet, Abbotsford

Went to the Famosos Highstreet after they were closed for a very long time. We were very excited for their reopening as it was a favourite of mine and my girlfriends. When we first sat down we were informed that they still didn’t have their liquor licence so no alcohol can be served. Although we came for their lemoncellos and thought that that info should be posted to the door saving patrons an awkward walk out we decided to stay. Well to say the service and food quality has gone down would be an understatement. The servers were not attentive and we had to flag them multiple times. When I asked for balsamic for my arugula on my pizza they gave me some oil with green sludge on the bottom. The Caesar salad looked like a bagged store bought salad with wilted and brown leaves. None of us could even eat the salad and when we complained nothing was done. No discount to the bill or anything. We were very disappointed and will not be returning. It was great experience eating at Famoso. Luke, served us with our food and he is really a gentleman who knows how to treat people. These five stars are for him as well as the yummy pizza we had today.

Shared 2 orders of wings, undercooked and overpriced. I'm not picky, but these were very gummy, it was unfortunate and I won't give them my business again. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 2

Was excited to try the new location, I selected the highstreet location online to get the menu saw the lunch special for $18 which is what I asked for when they took my order but then when I got there to pick it up said their location doesn’t do that combo.. even though I selected the location on the website in order to see the menu.. They gave me a drink anyways after I asked but I was charged $7 more than the lunch special on website. Then they did not have takeout spoons !! for me to take with my lunch so not sure how I’ll eat my soup at work :
