Adams Rib Grille - Claymont

I was in de for a visit and decided to stop for a meal. 2 meat 2sides. brisket was on point, pieces were thick, clobig and pulled apart easy. - yes, a large piece of fish perfectly prepared. 2 that were up for both sides (Greens/Mac cheese.) the funnel was something I had not planned. cornbread. wet with a hauch of sweet. Thanks adams' rib?

This Restaurant was listed under “Soul” food!!! NOT!!! Just because you sell collard greens and cornbread does not make you a soul food restaurant. The yams were horrible with an overdraft of nutmeg and cloves maybe? I have no idea what was in the cornbread but it tasted acrid and no “cornbread” taste. The collard greens was whole leaves and not cut, with very little flavor. The Mac and cheese was bland to say the least. I had the smoked chicken wings which is why they got a (2). They were decent and flavorful. ALL ELSE failed. I’ll never order from this place again EVER!!!

Pulled pork looked like it was cooked a day or two ago. Ribs needed spice, brisket was OK but not great, sweet yams we threw out. But since it's almost impossible to find that may help others avoid the place.

Everything was delicious and errything was the proper portion

If have been looking for a good rib joint then this is the place to go. The ribs are fall off the bone. Juicy, lip smacking and finger licking good. I just finished off my meal and can’t wait to go back
