Dear Zaxby's,I would rather pay more for the food and get the same size portions that we used to get instead of getting small nibbles if everything. Quality of the food is still good and service is slowly getting better after COVID.Thanks,A Big Zaxby's Fan

There was a long piece of hair in my salad, please invest in better conditioner or hairnets.

It's a busy location but staff was also busy talking to each other... I watched some customers stand at the counter longer than they should have till someone acknowledged them. The chicken was hot, fries not quite hot.Food: 4/5
