Casa El Tortugo Drakes Kitchen

Really nice food. We had dinner here several times and we always loved it. Rooms were clean and cozy. Wifi was always available and strong enough for streaming Netflix. Climate control was working for our stay. location was right next to a river and very close to the beach. Staff was kind and helpful!

The restaurant is very well located on a river that flows into the pacific. There are numerous delicious dishes including vegetarian options. The prices are excellent! The staff is very friendly.

El Tortugo restaurant is great! Really tasty dishes and extremely friendly staff, we felt so welcome and always had a good time. We ate the ceviche, chicken pasta, palm heart pasta, guacamole and crème caramel pudding. All were really good, and generous portions, but my favourites were the chicken pasta (really fresh tasting and filling and the heart of palm pasta (really unique recipe! . They also make the best coffee in Drake Bay!

Exceptional quality of food, drinks and service. I had two cocktails and two small dishes and all four were much better than what I had the weeks before, while traveling. Mango Daiquiri is a cool combination and the Margarita comes with their house syrup. Ceviche and Guacamole were well balanced.

The restaurant is so good! We actually stay in the hotel and we heard about the restaurant. Usually I don't like to try food at the hotel I stay. But this one got many reviews, great menu and moderate prices. I loved the place, many seats, beautiful, great food. Actually the best chicken salad I ate was here. The dishes are big and the service is extraordinary. I recommend it very much.
