I love this place and have breakfast there 2-3 times a week. It takes a little while to get served. Staff is good.Food: 4/5

They always move so slowly and you must always check your order with this placeFood: 3/5

Customer service is extremely poor, I was Handed several different paper bags for donuts and ice cream when I asked for all my items to be put in one plastic bag they said I needed to pay 15 cents for a non reusable plastic bag. Spent well over $20 and I am being charged for a plastic bag I cannot even reuse, really ridiculous!

Very poor and slow service, the workers are certainly unhappy and unprofessional taking your orders is a burden to the staff

This place is always understaffed and they take so long to fill an order.
