Bcd Tofu House - City of New York

One of my favorite Korean restaurants. The entree combo is the best way to go since you get a soup along with the main dish. The price difference between the lunch and dinner menu is barely different. It gets very crowded later in the evening. I suggest going during lunch hours!

Surprised I never got to try this place since last night. We planned for an early dinner and at around 5:30 PM it was getting pretty crowded with such long queues so we were lucky to get seated in 10 mins. First off, I love their banchan! Quick service, attentive staffs and delicious foods. The Korean complimentary dishes that come with the foods are delicious. We love the mushroom and potato salad. The Kimchi tastes fresh and not too spicy. They complement the main dish. We had tofu soup and seafood pancakes. They are quite tasty. We hope the pancake is less oily Definitely will come back to try more dishes.

WOW!! Not only does BCD provide excellent service, but their food was top notch. I got the spicy kimchi tofu stew with beef. The stew itself was extremely flavorful and the tofu absorbed it super well. Everything about the soup was perfect including the spice. Wow! This place is such a warm and nice foodie spot. They have a lot of Korean food, and everything tasted homestyle. Grab yourself a soon tofu it?s absolutely amazing, especially during the winter.
