Bidrage med feedbackUpdate 2: After 8 calls and 2 hours later, I spoke to a gentleman who asked if I'd like the order redelivered and the correct food arrived. Adding a star.In an attempt to support a local business, we placed an online order to be delivered by the LMC a place that we have gone to many times in the past and were elated to have again. When they beat the time estimate for delivery, we were impressed and excited to have an excellent meal. However, when we unpacked the food, nothing in the order was correct not the right meals, not enough for 4 people, and an ingredient I am allergic to. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I promptly called the restaurant to let them know and receive our order. I was passed along to about 4 different people and then told to wait for a manager. I waited and then the line cut out. Believing it was accident, I called back....4 times. But no answer. Then, another hungry friend called and shockingly, someone answered. However, the associate that answered said that she couldn't help us, the manager wasn't there, and she had to reach out to them and get back to us...then promptly hung up. Weirdly, she didn't get our contact info, so I have no clue how she's going to get back to us.So, to recap, we got the wrong order, got bounced around trying to fix it, got our calls screened, and then a rude lack of help. And I'm aware that it was a busy night, all I wanted was someone to fix our order. Instead, I'll never give them my business again.
Didn’t deliver half of my order. Weren’t interested in delivering it when I called them.
So this place was actually on the verge of getting at least 4 outta 5 stars for service. If it wasn't for Claudia. The host or bar lady. With the glasses was extremely rude to us. The fact that she told us we need to sit somewhere else after we was told it was ok by manager and waitress was shocking to me. Then she actually waited until our food came to table and started sweeping dirt in our direction ?. I couldn't believe how much unnecessary, unsanitary and unprofessional behavior she displayed. It was obvious that she either didn't want to be here or was in a rush to go home. This place deserves the waitress who actually was patient and professional and made me feel comfortable thanks to Madeline). Only reason I stayed. She apologized for her. I would suggest that the restaurant look into people that actually appreciate there job. Unlike Claudia, she will make the restaurant look bad in the long run unless there is change made to her attitude..
I meant to write a review about this restaurant for a long time. We have been going to Little Mexican Cafe for years, sometimes several times a week. During early days of COVID, the restaurant ownership had a tragic event and at the same time they lost their liquor license. We decided to try some other (many) Mexican restaurants in Westchester, even in nearby CT and Long Island. Either salsa or guacamole or margarita was not up to par. Fortunately they got their liquor license back. Good food, reasonable prices, friendly staff, excellent neighborhood establishment Parking: Usually paid street parking, in front of the restaurant, rarely New Rochelle parking lot, not far
The food was good and seasoned. The chicken is full of flavor. The hostess and atmosphere is always pleasant.
