Mountain Mike's Pizza - Citrus Heights

It was my first time in this place with my family and was greeted so nicely by an employee. We placed our order. Pizza, salad and wings. When we came out, the lady told us about the salad bar and if we needed something else to let her know. The salad bar was filled and clean. Soda area was too. Pizza came and it was delicious. We had remnants, so my 5 years old went up and asked for a box and they and I were happy that they did not ignore that she was a child. Instead, they listened and got what she wanted with a smile. When we were gone, they said all Bye and thank you. felt very warm and homie.

I ordered my pizza from an app. The food arrived early, but when I had some of my pizza, there was hardly any sauce.

The staff is very nice and helpful, I feel like I'm always informed about my food and feel taken care of when I go. Not to mention the food, I love it!! It can be a bit on the expensive side, but it is worth not mentioning it as the staff always try to give you the best deal because they also know how expensive it can be. People who care not only about money, but about the quality of food, so I love Mountain Mikes.

Some employees are nice, but the people who own this place are extremely unprofessional, sometimes inaccurately creepy. Mountain Mike 's as a franchise is a dying business, and this place reflects this quintessential. The special owners I refer to are very sad bitters, despite all attempts to be warm, they are dead inside and rudely rude. I was 50 times in there and it just got worse in the last three years until I never returned. A shameful family is the only way I could describe it. Taking bets will close this place by 2025!

The cashier was friendly and helpful. The location was clean. The pizza was delicious
