We entered for breakfast and, despite the room was full, the wait to receive our orders was short. Excellent croissants, with different dough from the usual frozen croissants that you usually find in the bars: here the croissants, like all the rest of the desserts, is made by Francesco, great and prepared pastries of Cirò Marina. Of the days spent in Cirò Marina, breakfast at this pastry shop has become the most anticipated moment of the day. Freshly baked, perfumed croissants who project you into another dimension, refined and not trivial desserts, coffee at the height and very kind girls. The best place in Cirò and surroundings for a sweet break.

Without a doubt one of the best handcrafted croissants I've ever tasted: a perfect connubbio between pastry and briosche, in many delicious variants and with quality fillings. Intense, mellow and even light that the bis, at least for me, is almost an obligation. Back in London, where I have been living for over a decade, and as a fan of croissants, I have no doubt: I will miss my daily incursions at the mess.
