Saladworks - Cincinnati

The younger guy working tonight was super friendly. Joey M. The Cobb Salad was fantastic. The bad part is the Panini was horrible. Dry and cold even tho I picked it up on time. I will come back just for the salads only!

I had a disappointing first experience at this restaurant. I ordered a Greek salad, but it was made with iceberg lettuce and mostly yellow pieces. To make matters worse, they were out of feta cheese, which is a crucial ingredient for a Greek salad. This restaurant is located inside a grocery store, so it seems like they could easily obtain some extra feta cheese. The server didn't offer any other options besides asking if I wanted a different type of cheese, which wasn't ideal.

I ordered the avocado cobb salad and it was absolutely awful. The entire hard-boiled egg and chunk of avocado were not sliced, as they should have been according to the menu description and photo. The avocado looked like it was torn off the fruit, not cut with a knife. I paid for kalamata olives but received canned black olives instead. The salad had spring mix with kale instead of iceberg and romaine lettuce. Despite requesting no blue cheese, it was sprinkled throughout the salad. The dressing was supposed to be thousand island but came with blue cheese instead. The roll that was supposed to come with the salad was missing. The person who prepared this order should be ashamed and fired.

This salad works in Krogers Towne center is the worst place I have ever been too. They dont even answer their phone. I ordered two salads and they were made wrong and you pay that kind of money for them. I contacted them and the mgr at the time said he would replace them no my next visit. A week later i went there and there was a girl mgr in there that would not honor the credit. She got all mad threw her gloves down and refused to wait on me.... REALLY...... is that a way a business should be ran she didnt even look to see if i did have a credit coming since it was suppose to be written down for the mgrs to check. I DONT recommend this place to anyone and I will never be back.... I guess she was to lazy to even ck but what difference would it really make she still refused to honor the credit was told to me... She was rude, unprofessional, and acted like a little baby throwing a temple tantrum... Good luck to all the go there.............

This restaurant is not recommended. The salad is expensive and often incorrect. The management is rude and unprofessional, and they do not honor credits. I will not be returning and would rate them poorly. Be cautious if you decide to dine there.
